HEAD, CONSISTING OF DRIVE SYSTEM AND SHAFT ASSEMBLY,
IS FITTED WITH MOVING COLUMN, GUIDED BY A BUSH FIXED
ON TOP OF THE FRAME. HEAD RAISED AND LOWERED BY MOTORISED
SYSTEM
VESSEL MADE OF STEEL, DISHED AND PROVIDED WITH WHEELS
DRIVE ARRANGEMENT CONSISTS OF SLOW SPEED SHAFT AND
HIGH SPEED SHAFT, EACH SUPPORTED ON INDIVIDUAL BEARING
HOUSING. SLOW SPEED SHAFT IS FITTED WITH TRIFOIL TYPE
BLADE AND HIGH SPEED SHAFT FITTED WITH DISC IMPELLER.
EACH SHAFT HAS ITS OWN DRIVE ARRANGEMENT.
DRIVE FROM MAIN MOTOR TO GEAR BOX IS PROVIDED THROUGH
PULLEY BELT ARRANGEMENT.
GEAR BOX OUTPUT SHAFT EXTENDED AND SUPPORTED BY OUTBOARD
BEARING. EXTENSION SHAFT COUPLED TO TRIFOIL BLADE
SHAFT BY MEANS OF COUPLING.
HIGH SPEED MIXER SHAFT SUPPORTED ADEQUATELY BY A
BEARING HOUSING. DRIVE FROM MAIN MOTOR TO HIGH SPEED
SHAFT BY PULLEY BELT ARRANGEMENT.
HEAD RAISED AND LOWERED BY MOTORISED SYSTEM.
